The more your home is marketed through various internet channels, the better the chances of attracting the right buyers to view your home.
My role in the process of BUYING, I will represent your interest to the fullest. By asking you questions to ensure I have all the details to find you the right home at the right price. I will assist you in the process of pre-qualifying/ stress test for a mortgage. Provide you with Current Market Analysis (CMA) on homes in the area and what they are selling for (agency). Assist in setting you up to be good buyers and Presentation of your offer to sellers. I will ensure fulfillment of conditions in your offer and ensure the deal we put together stays that way.
I am busy enough to be happy and successful, yet not so busy that I can’t take a personal interest in every client.
